We allow customers to request refunds for products or services under reasonable conditions.
For refunds that are processed, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. It may take up to 120 business hours (from when the refund has been processed) for you to receive your funds.
A Refund Can Be Provided in the Following Cases:
- Order Cancellation: Your order was cancelled.
- Duplicate Payments: If a customer makes multiple payments for the same order, we will gladly refund the additional payment(s).
- Change of Mind: If you reconsider your purchase for services listed on our website, a refund may be issued. If the order has already started, a partial refund will be provided based on the progress. If the order is completed, this does not apply.
- Undelivered Products: If the products were not delivered to you, particularly within the scheduled delivery timeframe.
- Partial Refunds for Expedited Services: If an ‘Express/Prioritized Delivery’ add-on was not fulfilled within the promised timeframe (excluding delays due to customer responses), we will refund the additional fee or offer compensation, such as additional items at no extra charge.
Since virtual goods are delivered digitally, there are no shipping costs associated with refunds, but in some cases, banks may apply foreign exchange fees.
